When you try to enter your Edge account and you are not permitted access, with the note "Your Edge account is expired" being shown, all you need to do is contact us at support@madmarket.io.
Most often, your Edge account gets an "Expired" status and is temporarily disabled due to 60 days of no betting activity.
When this happens, once you contact us at our support mail, our agents will activate your account and contact you back via e-mail, informing you that you are able to use your account again without encountering any issues.
