What KYC Documentation do I have to provide to get my Mad Market Account verified?

To verify your Mad Market Account, we'll need Documentation that will confirm your identity and address.

Here's what you'll need to submit:

  • Proof of Identity(front and back): This can be your ID card, Passport, or Driving License. Make sure the document has a valid expiration date.
  • Proof of Address(issued within the last 3 months): This can be a utility bill or bank statement clearly showing your full name, surname, and a valid date.

Important Requirements:

  1. We cannot accept screenshots or documents with missing corners.
  2. Your documents must be submitted in PDF, PNG, or JPEG format and be no larger than 5 MB.

Once you submit your documents, our KYC (Know Your Customer) department will review them thoroughly. We'll send you a notification letting you know if your verification was successful.
